The Buying & Shipping Process

1. Offer.

Contact us with the types of Japanese tractors that you are looking for. We will send you an offer of available models giving you a large selection to choose from. We will give you photos that we think accurately represent the condition of the tractors. We also have a grading system to make ordering easier. We want you to know what you are buying!

2. Invoice.

After you have decided which tractors you are interested in buying, we will send a proforma invoice showing the total amount. We ask for a 50% deposit before shipping which can be made by bank transfer.

3. Inspection.

The tractors have already been checked but we will check them again before shipping to make sure everything is ok and as expected.

4. Preparation.

We wash the tractors as necessary and can partially dismantle them to allow maximum numbers to fit in a container.

If you have any special requests, then we will try to accomodate wherever possible!

5. Container.

Usually we arrange for a container to be delivered to your local port, or we can even send door to door if you have unloading facilities.

Some customers prefer to arrange their own containers, which is fine too.

6. Loading.

When preparations are complete, we will load the tractors into the container at our Oita yard.

We take pride in our loading skills, perfected over 20 years, and our professional staff will always do their best to load the tractors in a way to prevent any damage during shipping.

7. Shipping.

Depending on where you are, the container can take between one week and six weeks to arrive.

We will send you a copy of the Bill of Lading by e-mail to show you the shipping details.

Before the ship arrives, we will require the remaining 50% of the payment, and then send you the original Bill of Lading in order that you can release the container in your country.

It’s really very easy, just leave it up to us!
